There are two buttons: [Retrieve paizo.com Purchases] and [Send Purchase Info to paizo.com] did you click them both? Then run the updater?

Have you entered your FG user name in the FG Settings before you Check for Updates?

Also, owning the products on Paizo only provides a discount equivalent to the PDF price on the FG version. The FG versions still need to be purchased.

Yes, I've pressed both.

I have access to the PDF files, but Fantasy Ground does not recognize them in the updater.

Ok, if you own the PDFs then at checkout the FG Store should provide the discounted prices for the DLC. As @Moon Wizard mentioned, Paizo doesn't give the DLC for free. Their program is: a) if you already own the PDF, you get the PDF price discounted from the DLC, or b) if you get the full-price DLC, Paizo adds the PDF to your account for free.

What if I use Steam and not the FG Store?

Then you won't get the discount for owning the PDF.

If you've bought the product on Steam then you need to sync your Steam purchases before doing an update: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store...eamAccount.xcp

Steam users can send their purchases info to Paizo to get a PDF added to your account there. If you already own the PDF, you don't get any benefit from the Paizo sync when you are using Steam.

Note that the Fantasy Grounds program will pull all purchases from Steam and from fantasygrounds.com, so you can purchase it wherever you get the best benefit -- regardless of where you got the main app.
