Is there a way to retroactively store serial numbers in forum accounts? Add them manually somehwere?

You have left my email unattended for a lot longer than 1 business day. When are you going to respond to my email?

Your issue was discussed here on the forums correctly and in detail.

I created this forum account I am now using when I placed the order. I have checked my inbox and bulk folder where my spam goes. I recieved 2 e-mails concerning this forum account (verify and welcome to the boards e-mail). The first of 3 e-mails was sent Wed. night ( may have been Thursday overseas). The order history says I have no completed orders. I will wait till I get home from work tomorrow night, if I still don't have it I will contact Visa and see about getting my card credited. Then try to figure out if I want to try to purchase again.

Hey there Xultharyr. I tried ordering through this website as well, but I had a bit of a hard time figuring out what data had to be put where. (it just kept saying there was an error processing my order, so I probably messed it up somewhere.). They did tell me that could just make an arrangement through paypayl, or that I could try it via RPG now. (http://www.rpgnow.com/default.php?manufacturers_id=619) I took a quick look at the rpg now website, and got my link immediately. Perhaps that route proves... ah... satisfactory?

(Ah, as an afterthought; I'm one of those people who don't keep any information stored with their profile either. Reason for this is that it never said *what* information is being stored, and if I'm not mistaken, an rpg-site had a bit of trouble with hackers who had accessed credit card information that way.)

Very good afterthought. We'll change the text accordingly. The information stored really is just download and license information, we do not store personal or credit card information but pass it securely to be confirmed by the credit card company. Thanks for the feedback.

Also I want to confirm here that Xulthaeyr's purchase had really suffered from a processing error (timeout), which resulted in the missing e-mail. My apologies to Xulthaeyr!

I think I did this as well, thinking that it was the credit card information being stored. What should I be able to see in my profile if I have stored order history and licenses. I can't see anything here that would indicate I have anything.

If you click on Store toward the top, and then click on Order History, and then click on the date of your purchase, it will show you the list of keys you received and download links for the software.
