Sharing rulesets

I'm considering starting a campaign as a GM with a Warhammer ruleset. Do I have to send the ruleset to each player or can I have the files only in my PC?

You're ruleset will be send to players automaticlly as they connect to the game.

You can send it to them earlier, to save time and bandwith.
