Medium to big cities
Any modules in the store that include maps (battlemaps) of larger cities?

Dragon Heist has a map of Waterdeep (big port city). But it's not a battelmap. In general battle maps are 10+ pixels per square foot. In general battlemaps in FG should be no larger than 2000 x 2000 pixels (depending, this can be larger, but...). Which means that battlemaps are generally not bigger than 200 ft square. No where on a city scale.
Now, if you just want a top down map, the Waterdeep one I mention is top down. But, I suspect you can find free top down city maps on the internet of a much greater variety (and for personal use are much cheaper, free).
Here are some by Mike Schley; https://mikeschley.com/fictional-city-maps

I'll toss out that for 5e Raging Swan Press have a series of villages in the FG store that are quite good, and EN World has a few also. I too would love to see someone selling whole cities. It is something my cartography skils aren't good enough for.
One of my goto resources is the reddit for battlemaps. They occasionally have done some cities:

Here's a nice deep rabbit hole to wander down looking for maps.
