Issues with connecting
Issue:
Some players are not able to connect. They likely downloaded the wrong version of FG unity (the top option). Then they uninstalled it and downloaded the free demo version (I have an unlimited license). Would their account now be unable to connect? Do they need to be reset as a demo version account?

We are setting up the unity version
Other players could see the license server.
I tried direct connect. The old FG version works but I can’t get anyone connecting in unity.
The players are asking to use Roll 20 instead, which works perfectly for all of them.

We just pushed a new FGU build with an updated cloud networking facilitation library from the service we use. Can you try again with the latest build?
