    FGU Modules

So when I'm in a friends FGU, I'm trying to load my books so I can create a PC of my choosing, and he doesn't have that book. I'm not seeing how to do this. Also, there's no option to manage characters outside as there was in FG. Making life a bit difficult for creation of toons, with material I have purchased. Any help would be appreciated.

To gain access to your purchased modules, you would have to be the Host (GM) and setup your account in the settings.

The GM should be able to Allow your book for your use by enabling in his Library/Module Activation.

You can edit your characters by loading the campaign (I think)

Yes, everyone can load a campaign and save data now in FGU (I think), demo users just can't host (not even for at most one another demo user as in FGC)

In that way people can import their characters into their character campaign and/or create other ones (but there is some bug at the moment which prohibits loading characters of other campaigns of other users at the moment, they are looking at that )

I think there's an issue in FGU with allowing players access to modules they own/have installed that the GM doesn't. This used to work in FGC, but I recently saw that it wasn't working in a one-off game I joined (I couldn't see the PF2 Core Rules that I own to request access). I didn't investigate further. I wonder if anyone else has seen this in FGC?
Private Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. General FG questions should be asked in the forums - don't be afraid, the FG community don't bite and you're giving everyone the chance to respond and learn!

Yes, it is a known issue in FGU. AFAIK it still works in FGC.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

Worked very well, importing from my personal campaign. I just created a character while my campaign was open, then imported to friends. Was able to use my books, as I got a few extra than he does.
