Obozaya lvl 1 (pre-gen) is encumbered?

Hi y'all,

I wanted to know if it was just me messing up a calculation somewhere, but is the level 1 Obozaya pre-gen encumbered from the get-go?
She can carry 8 bulk and still be unencumbered, but from what I count on her gear list, she is carrying 9 bulk on her person.
Did I miscount something?

There's actually a decent amount of errors in the pregens, so I wouldn't be too surprised. She can always leave equipment at home (not carrying it in the inventory tab).

Makes sense. After comparing some of the other ones, Keskodai's Harm Undead is also incorrect.
