blank character sheet has stats?(pic)

when i went to make a PC in the current game our GM let us make our own obviously but all of the character sheets already had some stats plugged into stuff before we even put in anything at all pic shown below does anyone know why? or should it be this way?

Im not quite following you. Did you create your own PCs or did the GM start them for you? Maybe the GM is giving ou a hint as to some stats that might be useful.
Make sure you follow the character creation steps as per the link in Setup.

no the GM is also confused as to why we have stats already
