PF2e Questions regarding possible things that can be done/things that are missing

Good day everyone!

I just got the Core Rule Books and Beastiary in plans to play online. I was wondering:

- Is there a way to have a class that add bonuses to a single drag and drop effect? (Example: Rage)
- In the Beastiary; the basic weapon attacks can be dragged and dropped, but anything requiring saved doesn't seem to be drag and drop, including damage. Is that normal? Am I supposed to do the effects/attacks myself?

It would be nice to have a GM view of the Hero Points a player has, similar to the star that shows up on the player's avatars in 5E.
