FG Keeper help

Hi all, new keeper here. I was nominated to run a COC7e game via FG's. I am very green to FG so I was wondering if someone had a good beginner tutorial for COC 7e and Fantasy Grounds? Or if someone would be so kind as to do a screen share and teach me the basics?
