Rappan Athuk Session 26 Open Game Sat Noon PST GMT-8

Rappan Athuk is a con open gaming room style campaign. Object is just to “sit down” and have fun exploring a huge old style dungeon. This is a dungeon crawl with “pick up” characters and players. Different character every session? Fine. Can only commit to one session? Great.

I’m looking for 4-6 players a session. If you are free and just want to play some D&D this Saturday come join in the fun at the "granddaddy of all dungeons". The current character level is 7th.

Grelk Halfblood, Bersi and Albert after breakfasting with Norri and others head down to the shrine and enter Rappan Athuk. Despite their best efforts they can’t find their way down below and after exploring all the mausoleums go down the well. Squeezing past narrow entrances they explore the winding passages with darkness pressing down on them from all around. They find their way into a room full of stirges with several bodies. After fending off several stirges the group has just approached the bodies from around the pool and Grelk has dragged two or the bodies to a “safer” area when the group is attacked by a group of black boned skeletons. They manage to defeat two and then are returned to the shine in mid battle.

The group got farther down the well than any other party (of course they are only the second group to ever go down the well). Despite a few problems descending, the group did pretty well. [XP 8th level characters 333, 7th level 375; treasure 416 gp, 5 sp.]
