    Welcome ddrew can you post a screenshot of where you are putting the key?
    Are you using the correct key? Eg Fantasy Grounds Classic keys wont work in Fantasy Grounds Unity and vice versa.
    Please check the email with your key and confirm you are using the right app with the right key.

    I have the same issue. Won't let me copy/paste upgrade key and doesn't recognize when I type it in. Honestly, if I buy other content it just happens when I upgrade. Why doesn't this happen for a lics upgrade?

    Welcome to FG and sorry you are having an issue.

    Are you using Classic or Unity? What are you upgrading - from Classic to Unity or from Standard to Ultimate license? Did you buy originally from the Store or from Steam? Where did you buy the upgrade - the store or Steam? Are you sure you are trying to upgrade the correct product? Classic and Unity are different so plugging in a Classic license into Unity won't work and vice versa.
    If you need to contact customer support or if there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea to the customer support portal https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...stomer/portals

    Using Unity, upgrade is also unity. I'm upgrading from Unity Standard to Unity Ultimate purchased directly from FG.

    So you are upgrading from Standard to Ultimate? Where are you copy/pasting the key from? Did you buy the Standard license from Steam or the store? Did you buy the upgrade from Steam or the Store?

    I bought directly from fantasy grounds - both standard and ultimate.

    And you are copying the key from the store page and pasting it into the license key section of the settings menu - replacing the standard key that's already there? And you are using the correct key - that is your Ultimate Unity license key and not any other key? And you aren't adding any accidental spaces before or after the key?

    And when you do that you are getting an invalid key error?

    Also make sure you don't have preceding and trailing spaces.
