FX layer size and shape
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I wasn't able to search the word "fx" and didn't find anything related to this.
When adding layers to an image, and specifically the fx layers, is there a way to reduce or shape the size and form of the layer, so that the effect appears only on a specific portion of the image, or do all layers have to be the same size?
