Dragging an Asset onto an Official Map makes it non-editable until module is reloaded
I'm not sure how to explain this but I'll try. I'll attach a video I recorded for clarity.
I am unable to unlock any of the "official" maps to add LOS to them. However, if you open an official map, and then open assets, and drag an asset (in my case a torch) onto the map. The image will appear on the map, just cannot by moved/removed/changed in any way once placed. Closing and reopening the map doesn't clear the additions. I did find that unloading and reloading the DM guide module did clear the additions out.

I'm not familiar enough with FGU images yet to be certain... But I noticed that the map is still locked when you add the asset to it. What happens if you unlock it first? (or you might have to copy it and unlock the copy)

This was sorted on Discord; he was using the maps from the DMG module rather than the maps in the DMG Maps module.
