Modules Description
In the description of the modules can the levels of the module be listed as well so that way I can buy the appropriate module level for the characters. I do not want to buy a module just to find out that I cannot use it because the levels for the characters are not appropriate.

For what ruleset from what vendor?
I just look online, for 5E (what I generally run) their are lists of all the modules with PC level ranges on them.

I was just going through the list of modules as DLC content on Steam however it does not give me any of the levels for characters.

It isn't 100% complete, but it does have almost everything (and it is free):

In there is the content catalogue, which shows the actual adventure range and average play length. Very handy.

Here are some resources;
https://www.adventurelookup.com/adventures/
https://merricb.com/2014/08/08/the-g...5e-adventures/
Both of those are lists of 5E adventures that have level info included
