How to avoid conflicts with FGC?
FGU hosed my campaign last time I tested it. How do I avoid this? Is it sufficient to have a separate data folder for FGU?

The default install locations locations of the two clients are in separate data/install directories, unless changed by the user.

Yes, just don't try to use the same data folder.
