Day of week and time: Saturdays at 4 pm in my timezone ( although can change to fit the needs of the group)
If a new game, planned start date: May 16th, but will start on May 9th if we have enough players

Roleplay & Combat mix: 50/50, may lean heavily in either from session to session depending on the story at that moment
Number of Players in-game & needed: 4 min/6 max
Character starting level & equipment: Lvl 3 and starting equipment from background and class. However, additions and subtractions may be made depending on the backstory of the character
Character restrictions: None currently, however character options outside of WOTC published books (modules, PHB, DMG, VoGTM, etc.) will need to have a discussion with me for appropriateness to the campaign.

Details of your scenario: This will be a player-driven sandbox in the world of Eberron. The initial emphasis will be on intrigue, politics, and pulp-stylish adventure. Characters are encouraged to have goals that they would want to pursue, as grand or mundane as they choose which will determine where the story will go. As well as consequences for there actions or inactions. If you want inspiration, watch The Blacklist, Indiana Jones, and /or play the Witcher 3.
