Connection Test: Failure - Need help

    Hello all,

I just bought Fantasy Grounds Ultimate (not Unity, yet).

I am having issues getting my connection test to pass.

    Setup:

    PC: Windows 10 Home 64 Bit - Ethernet - Anti-Virus - Trend micro
    Modem: Fritz!Box 7490
ISP: Exetel (Austrlian rellseller of a private Fibre (Non-goverment owned) )

I have setup Port forwarding on TCP 1802 My modem says it is working via the page status.

Checked port checker and it says it is closed.

Checked Firewall and it allows it and tried it with no firewall. Both still fail the test.
Port Checker still returns closed port 1802.

Checked my Antivirus firewall and made exceptions for fantasygrounds.exe
Ran fantasygrounds.exe as administrator with no success.

I am stumped at what to try next.
I have attached photo incase I have used wrong terminology.

    Thank you in advance.

The images needed moderator approval. They're approved now.

Your ISP is doing CGNat which means you cannot direct connect.

    NetRange: 100.64.0.0 - 100.127.255.255
    CIDR: 100.64.0.0/10
    NetName: SHARED-ADDRESS-SPACE-RFCTBD-IANA-RESERVED
    NetHandle: NET-100-64-0-0-1
    Parent: NET100 (NET-100-0-0-0-0)
    NetType: IANA Special Use
    OriginAS:
Organization: Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA)
    RegDate: 2012-03-13

Comment: This block is used as Shared Address Space. Traffic from these addresses does not come from IANA. IANA has simply reserved these numbers in its database and does not use or operate them. Comment: Shared Address Space can only be used in Service Provider networks or on routing equipment that is able to do address translation across router interfaces when addresses are identical on two different interfaces.
