    Purchases not credited to my account

    Hi,
    I bought the D&D 5e essentials bundle and completionist bundle but there was an error and the bundles were not added to my account. The money went through, as I have a PayPal receipt email and can provide a transaction ID. Who should I contact to get this fixed?
