Unregistered Player Can't Connect To Ultimate License

Hello,

I purchased the ultimate license a few days ago and I can't get unregistered users to connect. No matter what settings I try for hosting I get the following error:
"Fantasy Grounds account required to join a session. Enter your FG account information in the Settings."

According to the product details, unregistered players should be able to join my session so I am not sure why we are getting this error. Any help is appreciated.

Those players don’t need to purchase FGU, but they still need (free) accounts on this forum and need to enter their account info into the client. It’s a new requirement for FGU vs FGC.

As @notrealdan mentions, all users need to add their FG account details.
