BUG: Dice Re-Rolling Restrictions do not apply

Hmm, I see, but as far as I know the # is not (yet?) be used like that I only know of it as defining the value of a success But I know that some people requested to have some sort of break of the reroll somewhen, so, may be there at some point but maybe with a different style

The # modifier is not working fully in the FGU client; and is a known item to be worked on in the future. Unfortunately, we're developer constrained at the moment; and working through items in priority order.
