Missing subscription from store page

Hello,

I'm a newly registered user of Fantasy Grounds.
Today, I activated a subscription for the Ultimate version of Fantasy Grounds Unity through your site.
But when visiting the page https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/myorders.php, it tells me that i have no subscription nor licenses.
I indeed received the license code and FGU seems to recognize it as valid, but still i am worried.

Maybe the problem is that I payed the subscription through paypal and that's registered under a different email?

I tried sending an email at [email protected], but it seems to have been bounced back due to being marked as spam.
Could it be the fault of my email provider?
