You are one of a hundred people being kept under the Crimson Altar during the six month period known as the Fattening. After six months, you are to be sacrificed by the Church of Rinnas to give power to the shield holding back the Eradication from devouring the Orphan City. It has been four months since the light of the Sphere has touched your eyes.
No one has ever escaped from the suites beneath Crimson Altar. Magical energy holds all the sacrificed within the suites, and the people to visit from the outside are relatives and whores. Meals are provided along with a delicious wine only consumed by those undertaking the Fattening. Life is paradise--for now. Only two more months until your blood will rain down on the Crimson Altar. Are you ready to bleed?
I didn’t think so.
All classes must be from WoTC published material (not UA).
Subclasses outside WoTC material will be considered on a case by case basis.
The campaign will max out at the 16th level.
The campaign will start at Level 1.
You will start the game with no equipment, though you will receive your starting equipment and a bit of gold shortly after the start.
No multiclassing.
Rules for Character Creation are in the “Alternate Rules” document below.
There are alternate rules you will need to read:

I'm certainly interested, but I've only played a handful of 5e games and I'm new to Fantasy Grounds. I've played other D&D editions; mostly 4e (burn the witch and all that). If you're willing to bear with me I'd be happy to join in.
