Question - Ultimate License and CoC

Hi there, if I was to get the Ultimate License and purchase CoC Ruleset would everyone else in my group need to purchase CoC too or do I just need it?

Anyone could join your hosted game with your ultimate license. Free licensed players are also included.

Do I have to be the Keeper or can I pass that onto someone else? Despite me hosting the game itself.

The host will always be the GM/Keeper.

If you choose to host the game, you Will be the Keeper.
You can not avoid that.
