CoreRPG
Is there an extension for CoreRPG (not Morecore) that adds a health tracker to PCs and NPCs?
Seems like such an odd thing to leave out.

No, because CoreRPG doesn't know what "health" is.
But, it seems like if you decided what health meant in your game it would be fairly easy to port the code from another ruleset into a CoreRPG extension.
