Player can't connect. We've tried everything..?
I'm running a game using the Ultimate license on a mac. I've got 4 players, all of whom in the past have been able to connect, no problem. Until a couple of sessions ago one player (running on windows) suddenly couldn't connect. On my end as the GM, it'd say that they've connected but on theirs, it's stuck on "connecting..."
None of my other players have issues with connecting.
One time the player (running a demo license) was met with a "downloading" bar, but that didn't last long and hasn't showed up again.
We've tried a bunch of solutions and are stumped.
Any advice would be welcome.

Good Day LazySpider
Have you had the player nuke his cache then try to join again?

Hello! Thanks for the reply!
And yes, the player did. Also tried downloading a fresh version, using the steam and the normal client.

Who is your ISP?
Can you check your router for TCP flood protection - if its there disable it and retest.
Otherwise it could be at the players end - some security software on their end blocking the connection
Or it could be a network routing issue between your network and theirs
Can you ask them to try my alias: insane hook puny idol if they are online now

Spectrum (yuck)
I've been looking for the TCP flood protection, but I can't locate the settings anywhere in the router.
Unfortunately, my player isn't online right now. We decided to take a break since there's only so much you can do in a night without seeming to get anywhere haha
I'll see if I can get them back soon though and repost if they're able to try.

They could connect! To yours, that is. So I guess the issue is on my end.
