Check that you don't have too much shared, and that your or your players router doesn't have excessive flood protection enabled.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

Does it only happen with one player? Does it work with others? Do you have Comcast or AT&T as your ISP?

My friends and I are also having this issue... One has paid version, five have demo, and from what we understood, the demo versions were supposed to connect to the paid editions?

Yes, assuming the host has a paid Ultimate license. If they have a standard, then only 1 demo/free player will be able to connect and they will not be able to save what they do. Also note that all Free/Demo players must have forum accounts and have it entered in the FGU settings.

Was this issue resolved? If so, what was the solution?
I am also experiencing the same issue. GM has the ultimate license, 2 players have demo version, and one has standard. All users are stuck on "acquiring file list". I am on the same network as GM, others are not. Doesn't appear to be a network issue. Is this something on FG's end or is there some setting I'm missing? GM has Mac, I know that was an issue in previous iterations.

Make sure you have updated since ~2200 UTC Tuesday 3/24.
Please also make sure your players have a forum account and have entered it correctly in their settings.
Then please list what type of connection you were trying (cloud, private, etc), when (date & time), and your license type as well as your player's license type(s).
Then please include your and your player's console.log files.
