Hello,

today my friends and I have the following connection Problem:

It seems that all clients with a free FGU Version could not connect to the DM (DM has an Ultimate License) and only I with an ultimate License myself could connect. The Players although tried to connect to my Ultimate Game, same Problem.

UPDATE: One of the Free clients Owner bought a Standard Version of FGU and now he can connect to.

UPDATE 2: All Players with a free Account bought a standard account and could now connect.

It seems, that after the last Update FGU free Users need a payed account.

As said there, did you verify that the free players had actually logged into FGU with their forums username and account via the FGU Settings window?

I think I have the same kind of problem with FGU

One of my player have a problem with the login: Authorization Failed: the host is running a unauthorized copy,or autorization server is down

On my side I have the Ultimate version of FGu bought with the kicktarter.
The version is the 4.0 2020-05-20
I use the cloud.
Public
With a password
I Run window 10
My other player who have de demo version can login without problem.
When the problem player try to login....I see it connect and then disconnect a second later.

The previous user's error looks like it has something to do with the proxy setting on the computer. Perhaps you have a proxy set for your Internet connection that is causing problems? I'll look into whether I can disable proxies for these requests.

Sorry for the delay....the anwser from the fantasy ground message boards was the FGU can't work with windows 7 or less......it's not compatible....I don't knom the version you have...but check it....it work well with windows 10
