Thread: search question

Thanks for providing the extra info. This is weird - I've setup the same as you (same versions and the Dungeon theme) but I can't reproduce the problem. Maybe there's a screen draw issue - i.e. the search has been done, but the window hasn't been updated. If you move the image window around a little after doing the search, does the list update?

Moving the window, does not help. But clicking into a search field of another category. I attach a screenshot (clicking where the red arrow is, triggers the search).
I started a new campaign in order to have a minimal setup. Same problem for me.

Sounds like a focus issue. If you type in the first search field and then press the enter key, which for you the search doesn't happen - then click in the chat window. Does the search then occur? That is, when the search text field loses input focus the search gets kicked off.

I've personally run into this, but only because my rulesets are unpacked and using symbolic links to them from another location. Putting this here in case someone else runs into it.
