Indeed. But I am assuming, given the number of games on Discord, that GMs and players are finding it easier to find games. I have no empirical evidence to support that theory.

Since Adventures League has essentially died (due to a series of badly edited rehashed material and substandard leadership), there are fewer games because there is less material.

The stats of games being played suggest that is not the case.
Games being advertised are one measure of the number of games being run.
However most games are run between established groups, or a group forms and then runs for a long period of time.
Of course that doesnt always work out.
