Inconsistent Launcher & Use

I downloaded a direct install .exe from Doug, as he had to handle my case as a manual , as I was not included in the initial KS. I downloaded the file, I was able to install, and update. When i went to add my account data or launch FG, it just stalls out at the lgo and disappears. I was able to use the Alpha, but NEVER able to use the Beta version, i uninstalled, rebooted my PC to no avail. Any ideas?

I'm confused. If you were part of the Alpha then the Beta has no relevance to you.
