[Looking for] Rulreset for Private Eye

Private Eye is a rules-light RPG of detectives in the Victorian Age, Sherlock Holmes or Auguste Dupin come to mind. Originsally a German system, it was translated and produced in English a couple of years ago.

Does a ruleset (or, at least, a working charactersheet) for this RPG exist? If so, I'd be grateful for pointers in their direction. Thanks in advance
