Where is the Items Forge
I saw a video of someone forging an armor upgrade into a piece of armor. I do not have the forge button in my items. I own all of the modules. Was it removed? Or am I missing something?

Open Items from the right hand menu; click on Templates at the top and then on the forge button at the top of the templates window.
