Are all character resources from the Lost Omens World Guide legal for use in PFS2?

Some probably but currently unknow I believe.

Following from first edition and starfinder, the race options will likely become boon material, so not playable without the appropriate boon, but I think the lagacies for the core races will be legal, no guarantee though.
