Hi guys - can you both confirm that the external IP address that FG reports is the same as what your router shows for its WAN interface when you login and check its status?
Both of you **should** be able to get those connections working based on the data above...
Some step is likely missing on your setup.

Hi damned,
Yes, my router is showing the same IP address as FG load campaign screen, which is the same when I google "what is my ip".
Edited to add: I've just noticed that Windows Defender is also on. I will see whether I can add a rule there too, and report back.
Edited again: I've added two port forwarding rules in Windows Defender (one for TCP and one for UDP), and attach a screenshot of one of those rules
Thanks

You shouldnt be doing any port forwarding on the computer itself.
The Router has to do the port forward.
The Computer needs to accept (or not block) the connection.
If you are online nowish and would like me to look at it remotely with you send me your email via PM.

August 8th, 2019, 15:45 #6Private Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. General FG questions should be asked in the forums - don't be afraid, the FG community don't bite and you're giving everyone the chance to respond and learn!

Thank you for the offer. Unfortunately I posted this morning just before I went to work, so missed my chance today.
I'm in tomorrow night (GMT) and Saturday if you're available.

I've deleted the Bitdefender rule and disabled the Windows defender ones too. I'll trawl further in the forum archives to see if there's something I'm missing.
Thanks.

I might pick up a router tomorrow and put my hub into modem mode and see if that helps.
