How to build encounter with ultimate subscription only? Can you?

How do I build an encounter with just the bare bones ultimate subscription?

D and D 5e I am trying to dm I and looking at this to do it with...I am currently running a table top game at a friends house using hardback books. I tried to make an encounter with the software in the ultimate DND 5e subscription offered by Fantasy Grounds but it will not let me for some reason. I don't get the edit button on the encounter box when I select new! I would also like to game as I am disabled. possibly run multiple games I dm'ed for many rears!

I watched that video on encounter building as well as other when I hit encounter button the encounter box come up I select new but no edit button

Is this in a new encounter record - where you'd add the NPCs? If so, make sure the padlock at the top (to the right of the encounter name) is unlocked.

If this isn't the issue, please provide a screenshot showing the issue.
