Low Skills question
So been away from 2E way too many years.
But does this sound correct for Skill Values?? (seems SUPER low)
4th Lv Elf Ranger with Dex 17 wearing Studded Leather.
Hide in Shadows - 20
Move Silently - 23
Seems like the armor penalty KILLS the fact that he is skilled AND dexterous...
This makes it seem like classes that use skills are bumbling idiots at what they do...~Grimm182~ (GMT-8)/WA

Wear lighter armor.

Don't forget about Elf Surprise bonus.
