Aerial / 3D combat
My campaign is evolving into the skies and will eventually take place in space (something like Spell-Jammer). I am hoping this post gets some good hits for others to consider as well. How do you all handle combat 3 dimensional combat? How do you factor range between two targets relitively quickly? What conditions do you use? Any and all details are greatly appreciated!

Thanks, this looks like serious work but unfortunately 5e. I'm running a Pathfinder Campain with plenty of aerial combat and I intend to do extensive use of the ride skill (players are mounted on flying creatures) are there any helpers that would run on the CoreRPG engine ? Or maybe any hints to just manage altitude on a token ?

Add the height to the name of the PC; it will show on the token on the map.
