Bug in 3.5e: No automatic success and failure for saves

Hello

Today I realised that there is no automatic success and failure for save rolls (again spells at least), see the attached picture. This was without any extension loaded (The first save was against disintegrate and the second against psionic disintegrate. I adjusted the DCs as in the picture for testing that behaviour)

Or did I maybe miss some option in the options about that? Or is it maybe different in Pathfinder which may be the reason that it works also like that in 3.5e?
