    Create Weapon

    For people that build our Data Base.
    How build a Weapon for hit to EAC?

    Work the Energy Damage type?
    I create a NPC with electricity but don't work.

    There are a manual o something?

    In the very bottom of the item sheet, there is the properties field. Enter in "vs. eac" if you want it to attack EAC or use "vs. kac" if you want it to attack KAC.

    The energy type depends on what you are trying to do. In the NPC attack line you would have to spell out what the enemy attacks for. So take a cult initiate for example. For a ranged attack he uses a frostbite zero pistol. His attack like for this ranged attack would be "frostbite-class zero pistol +10 (1d6+4 C; critical staggered [DC 15])" If it was an electrical attack, you'd just replace the C with E and then it would be an electrical attack.

    Unfortunately, the wiki has not been updated for anything Starfinder related. If you are looking at making effects, take a look at my effects lists post, the more specific conditions post and the modifiers post. Hopefully Samarex will update the wiki at some point, but until then, keep dropping questions and we can help the best we can.

    Is in defense ability, Vulnerable to electicity,
    For example,
    Defensive Abilities no breath; Immunities radiation Weaknesses vulnerable to electricity

    I hit with a electral weapon, and no add 1,5 damage.

    Thanks too for the effect conditions and modifiers post.

    The parsing is a little off. You should use Immune radiation and weakness electricity. The Starfinder rule set was based upon the Pathfinder rule set. While the parsing of NPC is pretty good, the change from singular (Pathfinder NPC blocks) to plural (Starfinder NPC blocks) causes things to get skipped as that code did not seem to get changed between the rule sets. If you change the wording a touch, things should parse correctly.
