Connection Problems with One User

Ok, I have the standard version of fantasy grounds with the most recent update as do all players involved.

I recently started GM'ing a game and I have an issue with one player and one player only connecting to me.

He can connect to another player that regularly GM's for us without any issue. He can connect to me but only for short periods of time before being dropped.

Three other players in the game all connect to me just fine.

I set up Hamachi and he was able to connect with him and using the diagnosis I get an OK. When I ping him it times out about every 3rd or 4th line.

I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out what is wrong. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is he on a wireless, or a phone hotspot? He might not be getting a good signal.
