I think the tablet solution that was suggested will be your best bet. The added bonus of having a tablet (at least what I use mine for most of the time) is that you can litterally carry an entire Rpg library on them in PDF form for when you want to read up on some rules or supplements away from the computer or table.

For a long time when I switched to FG I and my players still logged into Roll20 for webcam stuff, but we all had at least 2 monitors. The real estate in FG is precious enough without taking part of the space up for cameras.
