Where change?
Where can I adjust the field that has the outline in red, more specifically the width of the names.

It’s in the “library” windowclass.

Expand the ruleset/s you're using into directories and use a text editor that has a "find in files" feature. Look for : <windowclass name="library"> also find in files for "library" (include the quotes) will get you close too.
