SWADE 5.0 + SW Enhanced Library Error Message

Created a new module,
Add new hindrance list
added new hindrance
deleted the new hindrance and resulted in following error.

I installed fantasy grounds on my Mac using boot camped Windows 10. This error does not occur in that configuration.
