Can you force a table to be rolled with a specific type of die?
Let's say I have created "My table" with 20 entries, numbered from 1 to 20, so by default it will use a d20.
In another table, I can have only one line to force a certain number of rolls for "My Table", using "[4x]My Table", populating a parcel, for example.
is there is anyway I can write that single line table entry to ask the roll in "My Table" to not use d20 but a d12 for example?D&D 5th Edition Dungeon Master

Drag and drop a D12 into the dice pool on that table.

Yep, drag dice to the table.

I think the answer to the question you asked is no. You can't make a call to a table and specify the dice you want to use in the call. The call is to make a roll on the table only. So, as noted above, you'd need to edit the table being called to only roll a d12. Since this isn't particularly convenient I think the solution would need to be having multiple tables with different results if this is what you desire.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

I'd suggest making a copy of the table and then set the die type for each copy.
