5E: Average HP Option - DEPRECATED
Adds an option to the Houserules section called "PC: Use average HP per level". Defaults to "yes", which is the way FG currently works. If set to "no", disables the automatic adding of average HP per level (after 1st level). This will help with having players forget to deduct their average HP before adding what they rolled. With either option set, still takes into account things like Dwarven Toughness, Draconic Resilience, and Toughness).
Please let me know if you find any bugs or if you find it useful.
