Handouts created by players

Hello,

How players can create/modify handouts themselves ?

Players can only create Characters and Notes. Notes are shareable but only editable by the owner and the GM.

I have an extension called Player Agency that gives Players several collaborative tools including Investigator and World Builder but it isnt something that is easily done in Fantasy Grounds.
