Udate Licence question
I have an Ultimate license, does (or did) that expire at the first of the year? It has not before, has some thing changed? I have tried to re-enter my license but it still will not update giving me a "purchases error". I can still open and the programs still run, but will not update. I have emailed my login info but have not heard back, just wondering.

Is it a subscription license or a one-time license? If it is a subscription license, then make sure that the credit card you have on file with PayPal is still active (and hasn't expired) and that the subscription is still active in Pay Pal.

Re-enter your forum login info in the settings as well just to be safe.
