Ring of Blinking
50% chance to be missed. That's easy to add with an effect.
But how to add the other side of it? 20% chance that your own attacks miss.

I don’t think there’s an automated way to do that.
As a workaround, If active, that player will probably need to choose partial concealment modifier from modifier box before each attack roll.

It occurs to me that this is similar to the blinded effect. But at 20% rather than 50%.

Couldn't you use a custom IFT? Like put IFT:CUSTOM(Blinking);CONC on the baddy and Blinking upon yourself? Wouldn't that work?
