    Healing Circle Spell Permanent?

Just noticed the 4th level Cleric spell Healing Circle has a duration of permanent. This seems a "tad" long.

Cross-examining Lawyer: Mister Cogburn, in your four years as US Marshal, how many men have you shot?
    Rooster Cogburn: Shot? Or killed?
Cross-examining Lawyer: Let us restrict it to killed so we may have a manageable figure!

It gave me the impression that the spell was permanent, that it would continue to radiate healing from the cleric forever.

All of the healing spells are permanent, because the HPs don't fade away.
